 Enver Alcan is the founding senior partner of Alcan. He studied law at the University of Istanbul. He passed the examination to practice as a judge and he was designated the most successful participant of Turkey. He worked as a judge in Istanbul. He is member of the Beykent University Board of Trustees. He is a litigator and advises on complex real estate law and construction law, corporate and commercial law, privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, energy, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.

 Emre Alcan joined the firm in 2000. He studied law at the University of Marmara. Mr Emre Alcan will bring his in depth knowledge on power generation, permitting and legal advisory will enable our firm to cover broad range of clients and services. He focuses his practice on real estate and construction law, privatisations, energy investments and intellectual property.

 Burak Alcan studied law at the University of Yeditepe and received an LL.M. degree from the University of Yeditepe. He focuses on general corporate, commercial matters and criminal law.

 Mujgan Alcan studied Economics at the University of Marmara. She has been working as a Trademark Attorney since she passed the Proficiency Examination for Agents administered by the Turkish Patent Institute in 2002.

 ALCAN is composed of lawyers from different backgrounds, such as retired academicians of various branches as well as legal consultants and experts.
